Denver Children’s
Home, Denver’s oldest orphanage, currently housed in a
1902 building, needed help refurbishing the girl’s
dormitory.
Nearly 100 Holland & Hart volunteers:
• Worked on-site over the course of two weeks in
December to repair, paint, decorate, and move
furniture in the dorm rooms
• Solicited cash or in-kind donations needed for the
construction
portion of the project
• Worked with the interior designer to select colors,
material, furnishings, and other items for the dorm
rooms
• Sewed curtains for dorm rooms |
